(1) Avoid the rollers being covered by the material, causing the rotation failure, prevent the leakage of the material from getting stuck between the roller and the tape, pay attention to the lubrication of the movable part, but do not oil the conveyor belt;
(2) Avoid starting with load;
(3) The tape deviation occurs, and measures should be taken to correct it in time;
(4) It is found that the local operation of the tape should be repaired in time to avoid expansion;
(5) Prevent the tape from being blocked by the frame, pillar or block material, and prevent it from breaking and tearing
Maintenance
1. Conveyor belts should be kept clean during transportation and storage, avoid sunlight, rain or snow, prevent contact with acids, alkali oils, organic solvents and other substances, and be one meter away from heating devices.
2. The temperature in the warehouse should be kept between -18℃-40℃ during storage.
3. During the storage period, the product must be placed in rolls and not folded. During the storage period, it should be turned over every quarter.
4. Conveyor belts of different types and specifications are not suitable to be connected together, and the joints are glued.
5. The type, structure, specification and number of layers of the conveyor belt should be selected reasonably according to the conditions of use.
6. The running speed of the conveyor belt should generally not be as large as 2.5 m/s, and the material with large lumpiness and high abrasiveness and the use of a fixed plow-type unloading device should be as low as possible.
7. The matching of the transmission roller diameter of the conveyor and the cloth layer of the conveyor belt, the matching of the transmission roller, the reversing roller, and the requirements for the roller groove angle should be selected reasonably according to the design requirements of the conveyor.
8. The feeding direction should follow the running direction of the tape. In order to reduce the impact of the material on the tape when the material falls, a chute should be used to reduce the material falling distance;
